Odesk වල මගේ සාර්ථකත්වය

අද නිකමට වගේ Odesk වලට ගිහින් බැලුව මම කොච්චර මුදලක් මේ වෙනකොට Odesk වලින් අරන් තියෙනවද කියල. අම්මෝ!! ඒ ගාන දැක්ක ගමන් මටත් පුදුම හිතුන මම මෙච්චර Odesk වලින් හම්බ කරලද කියලත්.ඒත් ඇත්තටම මගේ බැංකු පොතත් බැලුවම හිතුන මෙච්චර ගානක් මට ඇවිල්ල ඇති කියල. පහළින් තියෙන්නෙ මම මාස 6 කින් වගේ Odesk වල Job කරල අරගත්ත මුදල් පිළිබද කෙටි විස්තරයක්. 


නිල් පාටින් තියෙන්නෙ මම ඉස්සෙල්ලම job එක කරල ගත්ත පඩිය. ඊළගට රතු පාටින් තියෙන්නෙ මාස 6 කින් වගේ ගත්ත මුලු ගාන. ඒ කියන්නෙ $671 ක්.ලංකාවෙ මුදලින් රු.76,415.09 .මේක 6 න් බෙදුවොත් රු.12,635 ක් වගේ ගානක් එනව.ඒ කියන්නෙ මගේ මාසික ආදායම.ඒත් ඉතින් මට මාසෙන් මාසෙට නම් මේ සල්ලි ලැබුනෙ නෑ. මොකද Odesk වල job ලැබෙන්නෙ මාසෙන් මාසෙට නොවෙන නිසා.සම්හර මාසවල $10 ලැබුන අවස්ථාත් තියෙනව.

ඒ වගේම කියන්න ඕන මට මේ රු.76,415 ක්ම ලැබුනෙත් නෑ.කට්ටිය බය වෙයි ඒ ඇයිද කියල.හරි මම කියන්නම්. ඒ ඇයි කියල, මේ සල්ලි withdraw කරනකොට Odesk එකෙ‍න් $1 ක් ගන්නව.තව Moneybookers වලින් withdraw කරනකොට $2 ක් ගන්නව.ම්ම්..අන්තිමට ලංකාවෙ බැංකුවෙනුත් ගානක් ගන්නවනේ.ඉතින් ඔහොම කැපිල කැපිල ගියාම මට ඇවිත් තියෙන්නෙ රු.50,000 ක් 60,000 ක් අතර මුදලක්.ඒත් ඉතින් ඇතිනෙ.පාට් ටයිම් job එකක් විදියට මම මේ ගැන ‍ගොඩක් සෑහීමකට පත් වෙනව.


හැබැයි සමහර job ලැබුනම මම Part time නෙමෙයි Full time ම වැඩ කලා.එහෙම වැඩ කරන්නත් මට නිදහස තිබුන.ඇත්තටම ගොඩක් job වලට පැය දෙක තුනක් නම් මහන්සි ‍වෙලා මදි.අඩුම ගානෙ දවසකට පැය 4-5 ක් වත් තියෙන්න ඕන.ඉ-මනි කඩ කරන අය කියන්නෙ මාසෙකට රු.30000 ක් හොයන්න වැඩිය මහන්සි වෙන්න ඕන නෑ කියල. ඒ කියන්නෙ දවසකට පැයක් දෙකක් වැඩ කරාම ඇති කියලනේ.එහෙම පුලුවන් නම් මටත් ගිය මාස 6 ට රු.100000 ත් පන්නල හොයන්න තිබුන.නමුත් ඇත්ත ඒක නෙමෙයි.ලංකාවෙත් සමහර අය ඉන්නව මාසෙකට රු.30000 ක් විතර හොයන අය. (Odesk වලින්) ඒ එයාලගේ තියෙන දක්ෂතාවය අනුව තමයි.

මොනවද මේ Fixed-Price හා Hourly Job කියන්නෙ?

නත්තලත් ඉවරයි නේද?  මටත් වැඩ වැඩි නිසා ගොඩ දවසකින් පෝස්ට් එකක් වත් දාන්න බැරි උනා. ඔන්න අද නම් ආවේ සීතලේ ගැහි ගැහි හරි මේ පොස්ට් එකක් දාන්න කියල හිතාගෙනමයි. මේකත් ඉතින් වෙනද වගේ Odesk ගැන කතාවක් තමා. මේක ලියන්නෙ දැනට Odesk වල job කරන අයට දැනගන්න නම් නෙමෙයි. අලුතින් Odesk වලට එන අයට උදව්වක් විදියට තමා මේක දාන්නෙ.අද කියන්න යන්නෙ Odesk වල තියෙන Fixed-Price  හා Hourly Job ගැනයි.

Odesk ගැන ගොඩක් දෙවල් මගේ පසුගිය ලිපි වල දාල තිබුන.කලින් ලිපියෙ තිබුණ Odesk Cover Letters ලියන්නෙ කොහොමද කියල බැලුවෙ නැති අය ඉන්නව නම් ඒවත් බලලම එන්න. එතකොට ඔයාලට ඒ ගැන පොඩ්ඩක් හරි අවබෝධයක් ලබා ගන්න පුලුවන්. හරි මම කතාවට බහින්නමකො. අපේ සැබෑ ලොකෙත් පැයට පඩි ගෙවන රැකියා වගේම වැඩේ ඉවර උනාමත් පඩි ගෙවන රැකියා තියෙනව. මෙන්න මේ සංකල්පයම Odesk වලත් තියෙනව. හැබැයි පොඩ්ඩක් වෙනස් විදියට.මම කියන්නම් ඒ කොහොමද කියල.ඒක කියන්න කලින් පහළ තියෙන පින්තූරෙ බලල ඉමුකෝ.


මේ පින්තූරෙ තියෙන්නෙ Odesk වල දාල තිබුන job වලින් කොටසක්. රතු පාටින් පෙන්නල තියෙන්නෙ Fixed-Price Job එකක් හා   Hourly Job එකක්. Fixed-Price Job එකෙ තියෙනව ‍ඒ Job එකට $750 ක් ගෙවනව කියල.ඒ වගේම Hourly Job එකෙ තියෙනව සතියකට පැය 40 ක් අපිට තියෙන්න ඕන.මාස 3 සිට 6 දක්වා කරන්න ඕන කියල.(සමහරවිට මේක වෙනස් වෙන්න පුලුවන්) ගොඩක් අය කරන්නෙ Fixed-Price Job තමයි.හැබැයි මේවට Odesk එකෙන් වග කියන්නෙ නෑ.ඒ කියන්නෙ අපි job එක ඉවර කලාට අපිට job එක දුන්නු අයට පුලුවන් අපිට ගෙවන්නෙ නැතිව ඉන්න.(ගොඩක් වෙලාවට එහෙම වෙන්නෙ නෑ.ඒත් සමහර අය එහෙම කරන්න ඉඩ තියෙනව.මට ඒ වගේ වැඩක් උනා) 

අපි ඊළගට බලමු Hourly Job ගැන.ඇත්තමට Hourly Job වල නම් අපිට මුදල් ලැබෙන එක ෂුවර්.ඒ මොකද අපි Hourly Job කරන්නෙ අපිට පැයකට මේච්චර මුදලක් ඕන කියල. ඉතින් අපි වැඩ කරන පැය ගානට අපිට මුදල් ලැබෙනව.නියමයි නේද? ඔයාලට ප්‍රශ්නයක් එන්න පුලුවන් කොහොමද අපි වැඩ කරන පැය ගාන හරියටම බලාගන්නෙ කියල.ඒ වෙන්නෙ මෙන්න මෙහෙමයි.Odesk වලින් අපිට දෙනව oDesk Team application  කියල පොඩි Software කෑල්ලක්.  Hourly Job කරනව නම් අපි මේක අනිවාර්යෙන්ම Install කරගන්න ඕන.මේ Software එක නැතිවත් අපිට  Hourly Job කරන්න පුලුවන්.ඒත් අපිට සල්ලි ලැබෙන එක ෂුවර් නෑ.මට ඒ වගේ සිද්ධියක් උනා මම මේකට ආව මුල් දවස්වල.මේකයි සිද්ධිය.

මුල් දවස්මලම මම  Odesk වල Fixed-Price Job විතරයි කලේ.එක දවසක් Hourly Job එකක් සෙට් උනා.කරන්න තිබුනේ Google Data Feed එකක් Excel වල හදන එක.කොටින්ම කිව්වොත් Copy-paste ජොබ් එකක්. ඉතින් මමත් කට්ට කාගෙන මේක ඉවර කලා.මම පැය 8-10 වැඩ කලා.ජොබ් එකත් ඉවර උනා ඒ සල්ලි ඇවිත් නෑ.මම ඉල්ලුවෙ පැයකට $2.50 ක් වගේ තමයි මතක.ඒ කියන්නෙ අපි Hourly Job කරනකොට එයාල දෙන Software එක Online තියාගෙන තමා වැඩ කරන්න ඕන.ඒක මම දන්නෙ පස්සෙ.පහලින් තියෙන පින්තූරෙ බලන්නකො.ඊට පස්සෙ ඉතිරි විස්තරේ කියන්නම්.
   මේ තියෙන්නෙ අපිට job එකක් ලැබුනම ඒ ගැන විස්තර පෙන්වන ආකාරය.Hourly Job කරනකොට අපි Software එක දාගෙන කලේ නැත්නම් උඩ තියෙන පින්තූරේ රතු පාටින් තියෙන කොටුව ඇතුලෙ පෙන්නන්නෙ $0 කියල. Software එක දාගෙන කලොත් ඉබේම අපි වැඩ කන පැය ගණනයි,මුදලුයි අර රතු පාටින් තියෙන කොටුව ඇතුලේ පෙන්නනව. ඉතින් මටත් දැන් මාර අප්සට් වැඩේට.මොකද මේච්චර අමාරුවෙන් කරපු Job එකට සල්ලි ලැබෙන්නෙ නෑ කියල දැනගත්ත නිසා.

අන්තිමට මම Odesk එකෙන් Chat එකක් දාල උදව්වක් ගත්තා.එයාල කිව්වා work diary එකට Manual time එකතු කරන්න කියල.ඒ කියන්නෙ අර Software එකෙන් ඉබේම කරන දේ වෙනුමට මට job එක දුන්න කෙනාගෙන් අහල මට කැමති පැය ගානක් දාගන්න කිව්වා.හැබැයි ඒවට මුදල් ලැබෙන එක තීරණය වෙන්නෙ මට  job එක දුන්න කෙනා මුදල් දුන්නොත් විතරයි කියලත් කිව්වා.ඉතින් මමත් ඕන දෙයක් කියල පැය 7 ක්ද කොහෙද දැම්ම. අන්තිමට මට job එක දුන්න කෙනාගේ හොදකම නිසා එයා මට ඒ පැය ගානට මුදල් නිකුත් කලා.

කතාව නම් ගොඩක් දිග උනා.මම මේ පොස්ට් එකෙන් කියන්න අදහස් කලේ මේකයි අපිට Fixed-Price Job කරනවට වඩා Hourly Job  කරන එක ගොඩක් විශ්වාසයි.ඒ කියන්නෙ මුදල් ලැබෙන එක ෂුවර්.හැබැයි ඉතින් Hourly Job කරන්න නම් Odek එකේ Feedback එක හොද තත්වෙක තියෙන්න ඕන. ඒ නිසා මුදල් වගේම  අපිට ලැබෙන Feedback එක ගැනත් සැළකිලිමත් වෙන්න. අදට ඇති වගේ.මේ අවුරුද්දේ අන්තිම පොස්ට් එක මේක.එහෙනම් ඉතින් ලබන අවුරුද්දෙම හම්බ වෙමු.

Odesk වල Jobs ගන්න අමාරු ඇයි ?

අනිත් කාරනේ තමයි Odesk වලට අලුත් කෙනෙක් නම් jobs වලට Apply කරනකොට ඒ job එක ඉල්ලන්න ඕන ගොඩක් අඩුවෙන්. ඒ කියන්නෙ $20 job එකක් $10 ට වගේ පුලුවන් නම් ඊටත් අඩුවෙන්.ඒ ගැන ඔයාල Cover Letter එකේ සදහන් කරන්න.ඇත්තටම Odesk වලට ආව අලුතම සල්ලි හොයන්න නම් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන්න එපා.ඒ මොකද ඊට කලින් අපි හොද Feedback අරන් ඉන්න ඕන නිසා. පස්සෙ මම web development පැත්තට බැස්ස.ඒ මොකද web development / software Development Jobs වලට apply කරන කස්ටිය අඩු නිසා. ඇත්තටම ඒ පැත්තෙ job වලට  apply කලාට මම web development ගැන වැඩිය දන්නෙ නෑ.ඒත් මට ලැබෙන Job එක කොහොමහරි ගොඩ දානව.ඒ ගැන මටත් අන්තිමට හරි පුදුමයි මම ද මේක කලේ කියල. මම මේ කිව්ව දේවල් ප්‍රයෝජනවත් වේවි කියල හිතෙන අය ඉන්නව නම් comment එකක් දාල ගියාට කමක් නෑ.

අන්තිමට මම මේ දේ කියන්නම්, පුලුවන් නම්  software Development ඉගෙන ගන්න. software Development ඉගෙන ගත්තොත් නම් Odesk වලින් ගොඩේ ගොඩ යන්න පුලුවන්.ඒ වගේම ලැබෙන ගානත් හුගක් වැඩියි.Odesk  වලින් විතරක් නෙමෙයි නේද?සෑබෑ ලෝකෙදිත් ගොඩ තමා ඉතින්.හැම කෙනාම කියන්නෙ ඉන්ටර්නෙට් මනි කිව්වම data entry කියලනේ.ඒත් ඊට වඩා ලොකු දෙයක් කරන්න අපිට පුලුවන්. මේ Blog එක සමග රැදී ඉන්න සියලු දෙනාට ස්තුතියි. ජය වේවා...!

මේ ලියන්න යන්නෙ Odesk වලදි සාර්ථක වෙන්නෙ කොහොමද කියන ලිපියෙ ඉතිරි කොටසයි.අපි පසුගිය ලිපියෙන් කතා කළා මතක ඇති Odesk වලදි සාර්ථක වෙන ක්‍රම 3 ක් ( Odesk වලදි සාර්ථක වෙන්නෙ කොහොමද?) අද කියන්න යන්නෙ Odesk වලදි සාර්ථක වෙන්න පුලුවන් තවත් රහස් ටිකක්.
04.අවංක බව-
අවංක බව නම් Odesk වල job එකක් කරනකොට විතරක් නෙමෙයි අපේ සාමාන්‍ය ජීවිතයෙදිත් ප්‍රයෝජනවත් වෙනව.අවංකව වැඩ කරන කෙනෙක්ට කවදාවත් වරදින්නෙ නම් නෑ. හරි අපි බලමු කොහොමද මේ අවංකකම Odesk වලදි ඕන වෙන්නෙ කියල.

අපිට Odesk වල job එකක් ලැබුණහම අපි ඒක මෙච්චර දවස් ගණනකින් කරන්නම් කියල අපේ ස්වාමියට පොරොන්දු වෙනවනෙ.ඒත් සමහර වෙලාවට අපිට පොරොන්දු වෙන දවසෙම ඒ job එක ඉවර කරන්න බැරිවෙන්න පුලුවන්.ඉතින් අපේ ස්වාමියට ඒ ගැන ඇත්තම කියන්න පුරුදුවෙන්න ඕන.ඒ මොකද දවස් දෙකක් වත් යන වැඩේට අපි කියනව මට මේක තව පැය දෙකකින් ඉවර කරන්න පුලුවන් වේවි කියල.

නමුත් ඒක කරන්න බැරි වැඩක්නෙ.ඉතින් අපි ඇත්තම කියන්න ඕන මට මේක ඉවර කරන්න මෙච්චර දවසක් යනව,පුලුවන් නම් මට තව දවස් දෙකක් දෙන්න කියල.මෙයාල කවදාවත් job එකක් දුන්නහම ඒක මැදකදි නතර කරන්න යන්නෙ නෑ.මොකද ඒක එයාලටත් පාඩුවක් නිසා.ඒත් ඉතින්..අපිට මේක බෑ වගේ කියල හි‍තෙනව නම් මෙයාල ඒ job  එක නවත්තන්න තීරණය කරනව.ඒ නිසා අවංකව වැඩ කරන්න පුරුදු වෙන්න.

අවංකව වැඩ කරල මටත් හොද අත්දැකීම් තියෙනව.කස්ටිය ඒක අහන්න ආස ඇති කියල මම හිතනව.හරි..හරි හිත හිත ඉන්නෙ මොකටද ඒක මම කියලම දාන්නම්කො. මේකයි කතන්දරේ..

මම Odesk වල Web development පැත්තේ job තමා කරන්නෙ. ඉතින් මම එක දවසක් wordpress ( මොකක්ද මේ wordpress කියන්නෙ ) වල පොඩි අවුලක් හදන්න තියෙන job එකකට Apply කළා.ඒකට 3-4 දෙනෙක් apply කරල තිබුන.වැඩිය කස්ටිය ඒකට apply කරල තිබුනෙ නැත්තෙ ඒකට දෙන මුදල අඩු නිසා.ඒ මුදල තමයි ඩොලර් 5 ක්.ඉතින් ඕන දෙයක් කියල මමත් apply කරා.අන්තිමට මට ඩොලර් 4 කට වගේ ජොබ් එක සෙට් උනා කියමුකො.

මට කියන්න අමතක උනා.මම Odesk වල job කරනකල් wordpress ගැන දැනන් හිටියේ නෑ.Odesk එකේ job කරල තමා මම ඒ ගැන පොඩ්ඩක් හරි දැන ගත්තෙ.හරි මේකයි මට කරන්න තිබුනෙ.ඒ වෙබ් සයිට් එකේ කලින් වැඩ කරපු පොර ඒක Links හදන්න ගිහින් වේබ් සයිට් එක down කරල. (පස්සෙ ඌ ඒක හදන්න දන්නෙ නෑ කියල.ඒකයි මේ වගේ job එකක් odesk වල දාල තිබුනෙ) Address එක Type කරල ගියාම Error එකක් එනව.ම‍ට තිබුනෙ මේ Error එක හදන්න.යකෝ මල ජංජාලයයිනේ..මම ඒ එගේ ඒව කලින් කරල තිබුනෙ නෑ.ඒත් මට විශ්වාසයක් තිබුන මට ඒක කරන්න පුලුවන් කියල. 

කොහොමහරි ඉන්ටර්නෙට් එකේ search පාරක් දාල අවුල හදන හැටි හොයාගත්ත.ඒ වෙලාවෙම FTP වලින් වෙබ් සයිට් එකේ Files වලට ගිහින් ඒ අවුල හදල අයිතියාරයට දැන්වුව. පැයකට විතර පස්සෙ මිනිහ Job එක End කරල තිබුන.වැඩේ හරි මිනිහට මාර fit වැඩේට.මොකද ඒ සයිට් එක ගොඩක් Traffic එකක් තියෙන සයිට් එකක්.ඉතින් ඒක පැයටක හරි down උනා කියන්නෙ ඌට ගොඩක් පාඩුයි.ඒකයි ඒක හැදුවට පොරට FIT.පස්සේ මට හොද Feedback එකකුත් ලැබිල තිබුන.

අවංකකම ගැන කතාව පටන් ගන්නෙ ඊළගට.මිනිහම මට අයෙත් පාරක් job එකකට ආරාධනා කරල තිබුන.ඒ මොකද මිනිහට මාව හොදට fit උන නිසා.ඒක පැයේ Job එකක්.පැයකට $4 යි.ඒකෙත් කරන්න තිබුනෙ මිනිහගේ Website එකේ පින්තූ වගේකට Link ටිකක් දාන එක.ඉතින් මම ඒකත් පැයකට කලින් ඉවර කළා.ඒකේදි මට ඕන නම් මුලු පැයම වැඩ කළා කියල $4 ම ගන්න තිබුණ.ඒත් මට එහෙම අවශ්‍යතාවයක් තිබුනේ නෑ.ඉතින් මට ඒකට ලැබුනෙ $1.03 ක් විතර.

ඒ job එකත් End කලාම මිනිහ මට කලින් වගේම නියම feedback එකක් දීල තිබුන.මේ තියෙන්නෙ ඒක.



එකේ කියල තියෙන්නෙ මට තව අයකරගන්න තිබුනත් මම එහෙම කරල නෑ කියලයි,මම අවංකයි වගේ දේවල් ටිකක්.අපිට මුදල් වලට වඩා Odesk වල Feedback වටිනව.ඒ මොකද ඒ Feedback දෙක නිසා මට අද හොද wordpress job එකක් ලැබුන කියල සතුටින් කියන්න කැමතියි.Odesk වල තියෙන Feedback කියන දේ ගැන කස්ටිය දන්නව ඇති කියලයි මම හිතන්නෙ.ඒ ගැන දැනගන්න ඕන අය ඉන්නව නම් කියන්න.මම ඒ ගැනත් පොඩි විස්තරයක් දාන්නම්.

අදට බොරු කිව්ව ඇති කියල හිතෙනව.මම ඊළග Post එකෙන් කියන්නම් කොහොමද හරියට Odesk වල job එකකට apply කරන්නෙ කියල.එහෙනම් ඔන්න අපි ගියා.

Internet Money පිළිබද මගේ අත්දැකීම් 4

මම ඊයෙ කිව්ව ඊයෙම මේ පෝස්ට් එකත් දානව කියල.ඒත් ඉතින් වෙලාවක් තිබුනෙ නෑනේ.වෙලාව මට විතරක් නෙවෙයි අපි ඔක්කොටම ප්‍රශ්නයක් තමා නේද?.ම්..හරි වැඩි කතා ඕන නෑ.අද දාන්න ආවේ කලින් පෝස්ට් එකේ කිව්ව ‍වගේ (Internet Money පිළිබද මගේ අත්දැකීම් 3) Odesk වලදි සාර්ථක වෙන්නෙ කොහොමද කියල.

අපි කවුරුත් දන්නව උත්සහයක් නැතිව කිසිම දෙයක් සාර්ථක කරගන්න බෑ කියල.මම ඒක මුලින්ම කිව්වෙ ඔය ඉන්ටර්නෙට් මනි කඩකාරයො කියනව වගේ නිකම් ඉදල නම්  Odesk වලදි උනත් සල්ලි හොයාගන්න බෑ කියන එක පොඩ්ඩක් මතක් කරන්න.මම මේ කියන්න යන්නෙ මම Odesk වලදි ලබපු අත්දැකීම් වලින් අලුත් අයට සාර්ථක වෙන්න පොඩි රහස් ටිකක්.

01.ඉංග්‍රීසි දනුම -
     ඕක තමා ප්‍රශ්නෙ නේද? ඉන්ටර්නෙට් මනි පිළිබද දැන්වීම් පළ කරන අය කියන්නෙ නම් කඩ්ඩ යන්තම් තිබිල,කොම්පියුටර් දැනුමත් පොඩ්ඩක් තිබ්බහම සල්ලි ගලාගෙන එනව  කියල නේ.ඒත් Odesk වලදි නම් English යම් තරමක් දුරට දැන සිටීම වැදගත් වෙනව.මොකද අපිට ජොබ් එකක් ලැබුණම ඒ ජොබ් එකෙ කරන්න තියෙන්නෙ මොනාද කියලත් තේරුම් ගන්න ඕනනේ.ඒකට ඉතින් අර කස්ටිය කියනව වගේ ඉංගිරිසි හෝඩිය විතරක් දැනන් ඉදල නම් මදි.එහෙනම් කඩ්ඩ ඵලටම ඕනද?? දැන් කස්ටියට ඒකත් ප්‍රශ්නයක් වෙයි.

මම කියන්නෙ නෑ කඩ්ඩ ඵලටම ඕන කියල.මොකද මගෙත් කඩ්ඩ ඵලටම නෑ. ඒත් අපිට ජොබ් දෙන අය කියන දේවල් තේරුම් ගන්නයි,ජොබ් එකේ කරන්න තියෙන්නෙ මොනාද,අපිට ප්‍රශ්නයක් ඇති උනොත් එයාලගෙන් අහන්නෙ කොහොමද? ඔන්න ඔය ටික කරගන්න ඉංගිරිසි දැනුම තියෙනව නම් ගොඩ තමයි. නැත්නම් වෙන්නෙ ජොබ් එකක් ලැබිල ඒක කොරන්න තේරෙන්නෙ නැති උනාම ඔයාලට ජොබ් එක එතනින්ම එපා වෙයි.ඒ නිසා Odesk වල වැඩ කරනව නම් කඩ්ඩ පොඩ්ඩක් හදා ගන්න වෙනව.

02.Skype 
     මොකද යකෝ මූ මෙතන්ට Skype කියල දැම්මෙ.?හේතුව මෙන්න මේකයි.අපි Odesk වල jobs වලට Apply කලාම අපිට එක පාරම  job එක ලැබෙන්නෙ නෑ.( ඒත් එහෙම අවස්ථාලුත් තියෙනව.ඒව පස්සෙ කියන්නම්කො.) අපි යවන Proposal එකයි,අපේ Profile එකයි බලල එයාල තීරණය කරනව අපි ඒ  job එකට සුදුසුද කියල.සුදුසු නම් අපිව Interview කරනව.මේ Interview  Call එකකින් හෝ Chat එකකින් තමයි ගොඩක් වෙලාවට කෙරෙන්නෙ.මට නම් ගොඩක්ම අහුවුනෙ Chat තමා.ඉතින් මේ විදියට Chat කරන්න Odesk වලදි බෑනේ.ඒ නිසා එයාල ගොඩක් වෙලාවට Skype භාවිතා කරනව.

ඉතින් අපි Odesk වල Job එකක් කරනව නම් අනිවාර්යෙන්ම Skype තියෙන්න ඕන.එහෙම නැතත් අවුලක් නෑ.ඒත් බොහෝ වෙලාවට Skype භාවිතා කරන්න වෙනව.අනික Skype තියෙන එක අපි දෙගොල්ලටම වාසියක් .මොකද අපිට ප්‍රශ්නයත් ඇති උනොත් Skype එකට ගිහින් අපිට Job  එක දුන්න කෙනත් එක්ක ඒ ගැන සාකච්ඡා කරන්න පුලුවන්.ඒ නිසා  Odesk භාවිතා කරනව නම් හෝ භාවිතා කරන්න ඉන්නව නම් Skype එකත් ඕන කියල මතක තියාගත්තට කමක් නෑ.        

 03.බුද්ධිමත් බව -
      මේකනම් ඉතින් අපිට කොහොමත්ම තියෙන දෙයක්නෙ..නේද?? :D ම්..කස්ටිය බලයි මොකටද මේ බුද්ධිමත් බව ඕන කියල.මම බුද්ධිමත් බව කියන එකෙන් අදහස් ක‍රේ කපටිකම වෙන්නත් පුලුවන්.ඒ මොකද අපිට Odesk වල උනත් Job එකක් ගන්න ලොකු තරගයක් දෙන්න ඕන.ඉතින් අපිව Job එකකට  Interview කරනකොට එයාල අහනව මේ Job එක කොච්චර කාලෙකින් ඉවර කරන්න පුලුවන්ද කියල.උපරිම දවස් ගණන නම් 07 යි (ජොබ් එක අනුව මෙය මාසයක් උනත් වෙන්න පුලුවන්).

ඒ නිසා අපි කියන්න හොද නෑ අපි හරියටම දවස් 07 කින් Job එක ඉවර කරනව කියල.මොකද එහෙම උනොත් අවාසියක් වෙන්නෙ අපටමයි. ඒ නිසා පුලුවන් තරම් දවස් 07 ට අඩු ගණනක් කියන්න.හැබැයි කිව්ව වගේ නෙවෙයි කොල්ලෝ වැඩේ කරන්නත් වෙනව හොදේ..එහෙම කිව්වම Job එක ලැබීමේ ප්‍රවණතාවය වැඩි වෙනව මිසක් Job එක ලැබෙනව කියලම හිතන්න එපා.

කියන්න නම් ගොඩක් දේ තියෙනව.ඉතිරි ටිකත් අද හරි හෙට හරි දාන්නම්.e-සිහිනය ත් එක්ක රැදී ඉන්න අයට වගේම Comment එකකින් හරි සහයෝගයක් දුන්න අයට ගොඩක් ස්තුතියි.එහෙනම් ඔන්න අපි ගියා..

ම්..මම කලින් පොස්ට් එකේදී (Internet Money පිළිබද මගේ අත්දැකීම් 2) කතා කලානෙ Odesk වල මම මුලින්ම Job එක හොයාගත්ත හැටි,ඒකෙදි ලැබුණ මුදල් ගැන එහෙමත් කිව්වනෙ.අද මම කියන්න යන්නෙ ඒ ලැබුණ මුදල් ලංකාවට ගෙන්නුව හැටි.

මම කලින් ලියපු Internet Money පිළිබද මගේ අත්දැකීම් කියන පෝස්ට් එක ටික දෙනෙක් කියවල තියෙනව වගේ.තව ටික දෙනෙක් Comment කරලත් තිබුන Hits ගැන හිතන්නෙ නැතිව ඊළග පෝස්ට් එකත් දාන්න කියල ඉතින් මම හිතුව තව පෝස්ට් එකක් දැම්මොත් හොදයි කියල.ඉතින් මෙන්න ඒක.

මම කලින් පෝස්ට් එකේ කිව්වනේ Odesk එකේ jobs වලට Apply කලා කියල.‍  ඒත් ඉතින් Apply කලාට නම් කිසි වැඩක් උනේ නෑ ඒ ඔක්කොම decline කරල.ඉතින් මගේ ලබාපොරොත්තු ඔක්කොම සුන්..මට හිතෙන්නෙ මට එහෙම උනේ මගේ Profile එකේ Feedback නැති නිසා වෙන්න ඇති කියල.එත් ඉතින් Feedback ලැබෙන්නත් jobs ලැබෙන්න එපැයි.අන්තිමට මට හිතුන මේක නම් තේරුමක් නැති වැඩක්,නිකන් මගේ කාලය අපතෙ යනව විතරයි කියල.ඉතින් එතනින් මගේ Online Job කෙරුවාව අවසන් උනා.ඒකට තිබුන ආසාවත් නැති උනා.







කොහොමහරි ටික කාලෙකට පස්සෙ මම Techkatha අහනකොට ඒකෙ ඔය Odesk ගැන කියවුනා.Odesk හොද Freelance website එකක් කියලත් කිව්ව.ඔන්න ඉතින් මට ආයෙත් ආසාවක් ඇති උන Odesk වල Job කරන එකට.මම කලින් හදපු Profile එකකුත් Odesk වල තිබුණනේ.ඉතින් මට තිබුණෙ ආයෙත් Jobs වලට apply කරන එක විතරයි.

මාස ගානකට පස්සෙ තමා ආයෙත් Odesk වලට ගියෙ.අමාරුවෙන් Proposal එහෙම ලියල ආයෙත් Jobs ටිකකට apply කරල එදා මම නිදාගත්ත.ඔන්න අනිත් දවසෙ උදේ නිකමට වගේ මම Odesk එක පැත්තෙ ගියා.සුපුරැදු පරිදි ගොඩක් Jobs decline කරල.ඒත් එක Job එකකට apply කල එකක් වැඩ කරල වගේ කියල මට හිතුන.ඒ job එක නම් Graphic Design Job එකක්.

‍දැන් මටත් මාර Fit වැඩේට.හැබැයි තවම job එක ලැබිල නම් නෑ.job එක Post කරල තිබුනෙ ඇමරිකාවෙ Photographer කෙනෙක්.මගෙන් අහල තිබුන job එක කරන්න පුලුවන්ද?කොච්චර කල් යනවද?කීයක් අය කරනවද? කියල.ඉතින් මමත් මගේ දන්න ඉංගිරිසිය පුලුවන් තරම් දාල මට මේක කරන්න පුලුවන්,දවසකින් හරි දවස් දෙකකින් හරි Job එක complete කරන්න පුලුවන් වෙයි,මගේ ගාන $15 යි කියල.(මිනිහගේ   Budget එක $20 යි).තව මේක මගේ පළවෙනි job එක ඒ නිසා මම හැකි උපරිමයෙන් කරන්නම් වගේ දෙවල් ටිකකුත් Message එකට දාල මම reply කලා.

 මේ job එකට Apply කරන හිටියෙ මම විතරක් නම් නෙමෙයි.තව හතරදෙනෙක් මේකට Apply කරල තිබුන.ඉතින් එතනත් හෙන ගේමනෙ.මම අලුත් කෙනෙක්.අනිත් අය නම් jobs දෙක තුනක් හරි කරල තිබුන අය.ඉතින් මට වැඩිය විශ්වාසයක් තිබුනෙ නෑ මේක ලැබෙයි කියල.ඉතින් මම ආයෙත් පැය දෙක තුනකින් ඇවිත් බලනකොට මට තව Message එකක් ලැබිල තිබුන මගේ ඊමේල් එක එවන්න.මම ඔයාට මේ job එක දෙන්නම් කියල.මටත් මාර Happy.මමත් මගේ මේල් එක මිනිහට යැව්වා.අන්තිමට මට job එක ලැබුන.විස්තර ඔක්කොම මගේ මේල් එකට ඇවිත් තිබුණ.

‍ඒක මගේ පළවෙනි Online  job එකනේ. job එකෙ නම තමයි  Design Craiglist Ad for Wedding Photographer . මේකයි මේ job එකෙ කරන්න තිබුනෙ.Ad එකක් Design කරන්න ඕන websites වල post කරන්න.ඒකට ඔන කරන Photos,Texts මට එවල තිබුණ.මට තිබුනෙ Photos,Texts දාල ad එක Design කරන්න විතරයි.මමත් දවසකින් වගේ ad එක Design කරල මිහිහට මේල් කරා.මෙන්න හැරෙන තැපෑලෙන්ම "well done,I like this" කියල මේල් එකක් ඇවිල්ල තිබුන.ඒකෙ තිබුණ තව පොඩි වෙනස්කම් ටිකකුත් කරන්න.මම ඒවත් කරල ආයෙ ad එක යැව්ව.

වැඩේ හරි. මගේ පළවෙනි job එක මම සාර්ථක ලෙස නිමා කරා.මේ තියෙන්නෙ මම හදපු Ad එක.
මම කලින් කිව්වනේ job එකට පොරොන්දු උනේ $15 යි කියල.ඒත් මිනිහට මගේ වැඩේට Fit වෙල මට $25 ක්ද කොහෙද දුන්න.පහළින් තියෙන්නෙ මට ඉස්සෙල්ලාම ලැබුණ $25 ($28 ක් තියෙන්නෙ Odesk වලට අය කරන ගානත් එක්කම එකතුව).


 

අන්තිමට ම job එක ඉවර උනා මට  $25 ක් ලැබුණ.ඒත් එක අවුලක් උනා.ඒ මොකද Job එක End කළාම Feedback එකක්  job එක දුන්න කෙනාටයි, job එක කරපු කෙනාටයි දෙන්න ඕන.මම නම් මට job එක  දුන්න කෙනාට හොද Feedback එකක් දුන්න.ඒත් මිනිහ මට Feedback එකක් දුන්නෙ නෑ.උඩ තියෙන පින්තූරෙන් කස්ටියට ඒක බලාගන්න පුලුවන්.මට හිතෙන්නෙ මිනිහට Feedback දෙන එක ගැන හරිහැටි දැනුමක් නැති පාටයි.ඒ මොකද මිනිහ Odesk එකේ වැඩිය Job post කරල නෑ.මේ තියෙන්නෙ එයාගෙ Profile එක.ඕන නම් බලන්න.Odesk Profile. 

අද නම් මගේ පොස්ට් එක ගොඩක් දිගයි වගේ.හ්ම්..කමක් නෑ කියවන අය කියවයි..අකමැති අය යයි.ඒකට ප්‍රශ්නයක් නෑ.ඇත්තම කියනව නම් මේවට අකමැති අයත් ගොඩක් ඇති.මොකද එයාලට තනියම කන්න තියෙන දේ ගොඩක් අය අතරෙ බෙදිල යයි කියල තියෙන බය නිසා.

ඊළග පොස්ට් එකෙන් කියන්නම් මම ලංකාව අර $25 ගෙන්න ගත්ත හැටි..Comment එකක් හරි දාල මාව දිරිමත් කළ අයට ‍ගොඩක් ස්තුතියි.මේකේ වැරදි අඩුපාඩු තියෙනව නම් කියන්න.අදට ටටා බායි...
